Many of his operational systems and processes, and marketing and sales programs are in wide use throughout the United States, Canada, Australia and other counties.

As a retired Big 4 Partner Werner provides strategic consulting services to small and mid-sized companies providing goods and services to the Federal Government. As a Global Client Service Partner with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), he was responsible for business development and service delivery activities at large cabinet-level Federal agencies.

His 53-plus years of professional experience have been nothing, if not diverse. He began his career in the HVAC industry as a 1970 graduate of the HVAC program at Oklahoma State Tech.

In a career spanning many years, Shahar “Shawn” Ohayon, an accomplished entrepreneur, has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility. Shawn currently serves as Founder/Co-Chair/CEO for Transpacific Holdings in Los Angeles, California. Here, he oversees day to day business operations, and has presided over an organization which has seen tremendous growth in a competitive business environment.

Throughout her career, Ms. Kirakosyan has closed over $2.5 billion in transactions across a wide variety of industries.
